We want you to be happy with TraderMemo. This policy explains how refunds work for your $6.99 monthly subscription.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you buy a paid plan and it isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No long explanations needed.
Renewals
For subscriptions, you can cancel any time and you won't be charged again. Renewal payments are generally not refunded, but if you forgot to cancel and haven't used the plan since it renewed, contact us within 7 days and we'll look at it.
How to request a refund
Email support@tradermemo.com from the address you used to buy, with your order or receipt number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Your journal after cancelling
Cancelling or getting a refund never deletes anything. Your trades and screenshots stay in your browser on your device, and you can download a backup at any time.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above. The policy in place when you bought applies to that purchase.
